Can-Do Attitude is Priceless

I was asked this week to write a column for my old University newspaper’s 50th anniversary. So I started to think about my time in college and what that meant to me. The first thing that comes to mind is all the knowledge that I managed to accummulate but more importantly was the social aspects, the culture and the Can-Do attitude.

Attitude is the new genius. If you have that you can do pretty much everything and that’s what my column came to be about. I managed to learn the ins and outs of business administration and economics but also a lot about building teams, about kicking butt and about feeling no fear. I’m stilled puzzled by people that are holding back. Steve McQueen never took his foot off the gas pedal so why should you!
